We have been providing drone photography for the construction of logistics sheds, warehouses and industrial sheds since 2015. Leading companies such as St.Modwen Logistics, Readie, Winvic and many more regularly contact us to provide drone surveys which our clients find useful for project management, planning for meetings.

Project Overview

Bi-weekly drone photographs were required for project meetings of contractors with the land owners within a business park we had already been covering for previous phases of the development.

Preparation and Employment

As with all projects, we assess the location checking the air space for any restriction (nearby airports, heliports, airfields etc), as well as ground obstacles such as masts (telephone, electrical….), nature reserves, residential and other public areas…. Based on our research and assessment we continue to

• Prepare an initial risk assessment to provide our quote
• Prepare our RAMS for the client
• Plan the flight paths which will safely cover the clients requirements
• Maintain contact with client before and during project to confirm all requirements are covered
